We offer complimentary UPS 2-day shipping on all domestic orders over $500. For security, all high-value shipments require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
Are the diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes, Ylang 23 is committed to ethical sourcing. We work exclusively with designers who adhere to the Kimberley Process and maintain high standards of social and environmental responsibility.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, non-customized items within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that special orders and altered pieces are considered final sale.
Do you offer professional jewelry appraisals?
Many of our fine jewelry pieces come with a designer-provided certificate of authenticity. For insurance purposes, we can provide a formal retail replacement appraisal upon request at the time of purchase.
Can I request a custom size or modification?
